RECIPES

Over the years, I’ve accumulated countless recipes: some from friends and family, and a great many that I’ve developed myself.

A recipe can develop for many reasons: friends give me produce when their vegetable patches or chickens are extra productive.  Or, keen to conserve petrol, I may prefer to contrive a meal from whatever is left in the fridge, rather than drive to the shops.  Or I may be looking to celebrate seasonal produce.

I’ve sorted my recipes into seasons: Christmas recipes are in ‘winter’, elderflower recipes in ‘summer’.

I hope my recipes will appeal to you.
